Clinical Homecare Nurse
LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare is one of the most experienced providers of clinical homecare in the UK. We work in close partnership with the NHS and other pharmaceutical services to meet a wide variety of patient needs.
There is a major focus on clinical excellence here. So whether you join us as a clinical homecare nurse, or as a specialist in oncology or pediatric care, we’ll make sure you get exposure to leading-edge technologies and therapies. We’ll also give you the support and flexibility you need to provide your patients with the best kind of 1-2-1 care.
Although you will be working independently in the community, you will remain very much part of a wider nursing team, enjoying regular contact with managers and colleagues. You will also enjoy a host of opportunities for career development and progression, not just within LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare but throughout the whole McKesson network.
Newly qualified Nurse, Preceptorship Programme
Our newly developed Preceptorship Programme which offers newly qualified nurses, or nurses returning to practice after a break, a 6 month training programme to build skills, knowledge and confidence. During this period, an experienced practitioner, your preceptor, is at hand to support and encourage your development as an independent professional, so you can refine your skills, values and behaviours. Every week is meticulously planned and tailored to focus on your individual needs. Get access to world-class clinical training by shadowing experienced nurses and having 1:1 sessions with your Practice Educator. After the programme, you’ll join LloydsPharmacy as a fully qualified Clinical Homecare Nurse.
