About the department
LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor is a doctor-led organisation providing remote online healthcare to people across the UK, allowing patients to tailor their care around their schedule and allowing easier access to hard-to-reach patient groups.
Based in Marylebone, we have a Patient Care Advice team dedicated to providing phone-based customer service and support to patients. They form a part of an entrepreneurial, action-oriented, fun and friendly environment. We dream big and we achieve our dreams.
About the opportunity
As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be the patient-facing representative of our business, providing online and phone-based services in real-time. You will ensure that all patient queries are resolved in a timely, responsive and compassionate manner, holding patient care and wellbeing in the highest regard throughout.
Due to the patient-focus within this position, it’s imperative that the successful person can demonstrate a caring and compassionate nature, with a natural desire to provide an excellent level of customer care in a clinical sector.
Preferably, you will have experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a Pharmacy or similar environment.
You must be patient and considerate, with the ability to put yourself in your customers’ shoes and assist them through to a successful solution.
