About the opportunity

The Customer Journey Analyst will own the customer voice, producing Customer Service reporting into the business, as well as specific deep dives to promote the customer voice and influence business change. This is a critical role to help us understand how our customers interact with us, and you will be responsible for the collation, maintenance and development of all customer data and reporting from different areas of the business.

This role is a blank sheet and a great opportunity for someone to build our customer voice from the ground up!

About you

You will need to be a strategic thinker, someone who enjoys the challenge and questions “why?”. You will be experienced in grappling big data and constructing stories and insight… this isn’t just pie charts! You will need to be able to demonstrate your experience with analytic tools (such as Power BI), and ideally a confidence to reach out to all areas of our business to get the data you need.

This is a complicated business so you will need to enjoy a long learning curve and be ready to challenge the business norm.
