About the opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a new team to join our existing Credit Management function in Coventry to support our Lloydspharmacy Clinical Homecare business (nursing division)

If you enjoy credit control this is a great chance to use all your skills on a high value ledger (£multi million). By building strong working relationships with both your internal and external customers you will not only be chasing debt but also adding value by resolving queries and disputes.

Working as part of a credit function of over fifty colleagues in a support centre of over one thousand, the long-term opportunities to progress are excellent as is the chance to work as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Full training on our business and systems will be provided and if you are currently or planning to study the CICM we can support you.

About you

It is essential you have credit control experience and are confident in your ability to recover monies and handle on-going disputes and queries.

A strong communicator you will be assertive and able to challenge both internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.

As you will be working with large complex data attention to details is critical as is the ability to plan your own diary and work under pressure.
