Sourcing Specialist / In- House Recruiter
37.5 hours – Full Time – Monday to Friday

We are seeking someone who is passionate about utilising a variety of candidate attraction methods including writing and running adverts, market mapping, CV mining, headhunting, social network sites, events, plus proactive approaches via recommendations and referrals.
Reporting directly to the Resourcing Delivery Manager in the HR department, the successful applicant will be accountable for providing qualified medium lists to the Resourcing team and supporting with telephone screening and interview booking.
As a Brand Ambassador, the successful candidate will be promoting LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare as an employer of choice and ensuring that all candidates and hiring managers have a positive recruitment experience.
- Recruitment experience is preferable (agency or in-house)
- Proactive mind-set with the ability to think of “out the box” attraction solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Be competent in the use of social media to attract quality talent and drive employer brand
- Have previous experience or be able to display a genuine interest in resourcing and an understanding of different attraction methods
- Strong communicator
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment

This role is based at our Head Office in Coventry, Walsgrave Triangle, CV2 2TX. We are located just off junction 2 of the M6, easily accessible by car. If using public transport, we are 5.5 miles from Coventry train station, approx. 40 minutes by bus from the station.
