Reporting into the Head of PR, Communications & Engagement you will be responsible for leading and delivering fantastic and engaging internal communications that keep colleagues informed and provide them with platforms to say what they think. You will be comfortable in aligning activities to strategic priorities that also demonstrate our ICARE values and link to financial performance. Managing a small team of three communications specialists you will be an inspiring leader focused on supporting our UK business with efficient delivery of quality communications. These communications will take many forms including emails, videos, newsletters and social media.

About you

You will have significant experience in a senior communications role including experience of senior leadership engagement in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to influence at a senior level with authority and impact and not afraid to challenge.

You will possess sound knowledge and experience of a variety communication techniques including employee apps, intranet and video, plus have exceptional written communication skills.

As the role will lead a small team some recent leadership experience is also required.
