About the role
As a valued member of our pharmacy store team, you will manage the dedicated beauty counter and provide exceptional customer service. Through your passion to deliver a great service, your product knowledge and ability to provide professional advice, you’ll play an important role in your local community.
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the expert and trusted advisor in the store for our customers and colleagues.
You will quickly become an integral part of the team, with a large part of your week spent providing tailored advice, managing the counter, stock ordering, pricing and point of sale implementation. Meeting your sales targets, building long lasting relationships, hosting events and providing exceptional customer service will all be part of your role contributing to the overall store performance.
To be successful in this role you must possess excellent relationship building skills, along with the confidence to engage with customers, self-motivation and open and clear communication skills. Previous experience within a customer facing environment is essential and it would be advantageous if you have previous experience selling luxury beauty products or hold a beautician’s diploma.
