Office/Area Administrator – Bristol

Part Time – 15 hours a week working Thursdays and Fridays
Our Office/Area Administrators role is to maximize quality of service provided to Lloydspharmacy customers by supporting the coordination of pharmacist cover in areas of responsibility and to provide excellent clerical and excellent support to Area Managers & field support
You will have the opportunity to organise and support new Pharmacist into the business as well as reporting on starters and leavers on a monthly basis. Having experience with excel you will use these skills by providing weekly and adhoc MI reports to Area Managers, as well supporting the rest of the Office Administration team.
Communicating on a daily basis weather by phone or email is key in this role and you will have the chase to speak to many different key stakeholders across the business.
We are looking for people wjo have proven experience in rpoviding excellent customer service and adminstrative support. You will have previous experience working with microsoft word and exel, this includes presenting data. You will have worked within a similar role for a large organisation.
