About the role

As the Operations Manager for LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare in Glasgow, you will be responsible for leading, planning and coordinating the end-to-end operation ensuring first class operational delivery across our patient services call centre, warehouse, transport and the dispensing unit. As a strong people manager, you will be required to engage at all levels and support the attraction and retention of colleagues across the operation. With a continuous improvement mentality, you will ensure that the performance, processes and procedures are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering to our patients needs. In addition, you will be responsible for budget management and the efficient management of the site’s financial accounts.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in an operational management role. With demonstrable experience of managing and driving a team to perform to KPI’s you will have proven experience of engaging a diverse workforce. Experience of attracting and retaining teams is essential.  In addition, you will be commercially savvy with previous experience of budget management and working to financial targets. Continuous improvement is at the top of our agenda, experience of process improvement and enhancement is desirable.
