Salary: £24,960 plus benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 48 hours per week

About the opportunity

As a Patient Services Operative, you will play an integral part in delivering medical products to patients’ homes. What makes the Patient Services Operative different is you will be the face of LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you will deliver directly to our patients in their homes and will be expected to provide the highest of standards of care towards all customers both internally and externally.

As a Patient Services Operative, you will be responsible for conducting daily vehicle checks including; tyres, lights, oil, water and fuel. This check also needs to include the ambient and chilled compartments of the vehicles and these are set and checked to the correct temperature. You will be required to complete manifest checks and load the vehicle ensuring stock is in the correct compartment and is loading in order of delivery to ensure efficiency. In addition, you will be expected to ensure stock is delivered as instructed, and all items stored in the correct manner, including all fridge items. It is critical that all expiry dates are checked, and stock is rotated appropriately before further storage of any other items. You will ensure the delivery stock and returns are delivered within the specified time frame.

About you

To be successful in this Patient Services Operative role, you will have previous multi-drop experience within the transport environment and number of years driving experience. You will be able to provide excellent customer service and be a great communicator.
