Reporting to the Head of Regulatory, you will work as part of the Quality and Regulatory team to ensure quality and statutory compliance is continually on the radar for AAH, you will raise the internal and external profile. You will be expected to support the day to day operational branch activities from both a quality and legal standards. You will ensure best practice is in line with defined procedures and expectations. Within this role, you will be expected to participate as the Responsible Person in order to meet our company objective and statutory requirements. This will involve ensuring compliance with the latest version of medicines for Human Use regulations, safeguarding product users against potential hazard’s arising from poor distribution practices and providing a communication link to the company; ensuring operational GDP compliance through effective implementation.
A key element of this role will involve building relationships with Internal & external parties, inclusive of customers, manufactures and third-party auditing bodies.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Responsible Person (RP) and possess a recognised business or management qualification or be able to demonstrate experience of managing people. You will be well versed in ISO & GDP Standards and supporting/performing Quality audits.
Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of process and controls coupled with experience of quality assurance within an operational environment are to be expected.
To succeed in this role the Regional Quality Assurance Manager will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise & manage their own time accordingly. Exposure to lean Six Sigma or a Green Belt/Yellow Belt accreditation would be highly advantageous.

Please note that this role will also encompass travel to AAH Branches throughout the UK, so a valid full UK driving license will be required.
