Based within our support centre in Coventry, you will provide a first-class employee relations service to a nationwide employee base. As part of a dedicated and high performing team, you’ll drive our employee relations strategy, increasing people management capability within the business by proactively supporting managers with complex case management. About the opportunity
Reporting to the Employee Relations & Change Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding proactive, commercially focussed and tailored ER advise and support to stakeholders within your remit. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure proactive management of concerns, utilising data and insights to ensure appropriate management of case work escalations.
Working in this busy and bustling environment, you manage circa. 35 employee relations cases at anyone time, varying in nature and complexity, no two days will be the same!
As an experienced HR professional, you will have proven employee relations experience with a track record of dealing with complex high-volume cases.
You will have a broad and in depth understanding and application of UK employment legislation; how employment law is created and used to build people practices
CIPD Qualifications and/or Business Management certificates would be highly desirable.
