Location – Remote Working

Salary – £20,000

  • Permanent, Full Time position
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Salary 20k per annum depending on experience Working pattern – 7am to 3.30pm, 08.30am to 5pm, 09.30am – 6pm, 11.30am – 8pm on a rota basis

About the opportunity 

Providing a level of Customer Service for the Nurse Scheduling team by being first point of contact for both internal and external enquires, fielding enquiries and requests via phone, email, face to face and other methods of communication as deemed appropriate.

Communicate effectively with the nursing team regarding the scheduling of LPCH nurses and changes that occur before and on the day. Provide real time communication support for nurses. Handling calls, sometimes challenging and sensitive calls.

Working as part of the Nurse Scheduling team ensuring all patient visits are covered in line with Customer Service Level Agreements.

About you 

The ideal person will have experience working within a previous coordinator role preferably within the Healthcare sector but this isn’t a necessity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Officer products, particularly Excel.  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize. Deep familiarity with UK geography. We are looking for a dynamic, organised person who must experience of working in a busy operations office environment. You must be able to prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are achieved and met.
