About the opportunity
Now is an exciting time to join our Supply & Inventory function, as the McKesson business embarks on multiple transformational change projects to help shape our end-to-end supply chain offering into a market leading proposition.
In this role, you will be accountable for product availability across our AAH distribution network to ensure customer fulfillment targets are met. You will also be accountable for the inventory investment in our distribution network. You will actively seek and implement opportunities to improve product availability and inventory performance. You will own supplier relationships, and lead continuous improvement initiatives with these suppliers to drive improved on time in full performance across our supply chain. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, and champion supply excellence.
Our Supply Analysts are customer focused and curious. You will seek out opportunities to drive better customer outcomes through improved product availability. You will be a self starter who truly owns your own performance and personal development. You will be highly numerate and analytical, and have experience of using data to identify opportunities and solve problems. You will have a solid understanding of Excel, and familiar in concept with ERP and forecasting systems.
As well as an analytical background, communication skills and the ability to build relationships is key in this role as you will be working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to deliver a great service and collaborate on process improvement.
