Are you a qualified Pharmacist or have Retail Pharmacy Experience looking to take the next step in your career and manage a region of branches? Do you have previous experience as an area/regional manager?

LloydsPharmacy are recruiting for a Regional Manager who will be responsible for stores across the Cambridgeshire area. To do this, you’ll review performance and devise strategic business plans that respond to changes in the market.

You will have a key capability for building strong relationships, you’ll establish a strategic network of key alliances in the community – exploring and creating new opportunities for growth. To assist you in your plans you will be supported by a regional team of both clinical and operational experts to help you ensure the pharmacies achieve their profit and sales targets

With a solid background in customer service and experience managing retail multiple sites, you’ll have the financial and commercial acumen needed to make sound business decisions, as well as the ability to lead a team of talented health care professionals. You will also be a qualified Pharmacist with in depth experience working in community Pharmacy.
