Reporting to the Central Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review workload capacity and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure workload is managed within capacity throughout the year. You will work alongside other functions to embed a ‘right first time’ approach to land retail initiatives that support colleagues, enhance customer proposition and drive business growth.
Your duties will involve, but are not limited to, promoting the wider Central Operations department across the Support Centre and retail field leadership team. Attending and driving the retail workload capacity plan at weekly stakeholder meetings and working alongside the store communications team to develop engaging communications plans.
With a background in pharmacy retail operations, you will have demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with other teams and first-class communication skills that will enable you to influence and engage at all levels. In addition, you will be a forward thinker with the ability to plan ahead, manage projects and deliver to tight deadlines. As a system savvy individual, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including PowerPoint and Excel. A can-do attitude and a flexible approach are a given.
