About the opportunity
This is a Fantastic opportunity to join a fortune 500 business, a HR function of over 100 colleagues and be part of a small, dedicated and high performing Employee Relations & Change team.
You will play a key role in the implementation of the Employee Relations (ER) Strategy and will help develop interventions that will increase people management capability within the business by providing remote support, tailored solutions and actively supporting managers on complex case management.
By providing an outstanding proactive, commercially focused and tailored ER and Change advice and support to the stakeholders you will develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure proactive management of concerns; utilising data and insights to ensure appropriate management of case work and escalations
The role is extremely fast past and varied and will give you great exposure to a whole range of cases and projects, in turn helping you to develop your own knowledge and skill base. With excellent career progression opportunities in both ER, HR or the wider business we will also support you study for the CIPD.

You will have worked in either a dedicated ER position or been heavily involved in ER cases as part of a wider HR role.
We are looking for someone with a broad and in-depth understanding and application of UK employment legislation and the ability to manage a busy case load and challenging stakeholders.
We need someone who has managed change, with a keen understanding of how to build stakeholder rapport, work to challenging deadlines all whilst ensuring compliance
The role is a mixture of office based telephone and email work, there’s a degree of case and change administration and all that is combined with ad-hoc needs assessment based face to face support in the field so a full UK Driving License is also required.
