Full-time, Permanent – 37.5 hrs – Mon to Friday

Please note this vacancy will be based at our Bradford hub and you will work remotely from there for a PCN with a team of Pharmacists.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacist to work within a General Practice as part of our growing team within Prescribing Support Services (PSS), who form part of our Lloyds Pharmacy & McKesson family supporting Primary Care Networks.

This role is perfect for a professional, passionate and highly motivated Pharmacist who wishes to expand their clinical knowledge and experience, supporting and working alongside a team of Pharmacist’s in General Practice.

As a Clinical Pharmacist in General Practice, you will work at our Bradford Hub for a Leeds PCN network working remotely to support the development of their pharmacy service within PSS. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain clinical knowledge and skills and work alongside multi pharmacists learning and supporting each other along the way.

As a Clinical Pharmacist for PSS / LloydsPharmacy, you will play a key role in working closely with GP’s to resolve day to day medicine issues, whilst reviewing patients on complex medication regimens and triaging & managing common ailments. About you

Customers and communities are at the heart of everything we do. So, first and foremost, you’ll be the kind of person who loves to provide exceptional patient consultations – approachable and an exceptional listener. An MPharm degree or equivalent and GPhC registration is a must. You ideally will be IP Qualified and have previous experience within a GP surgery but these are not a requirement.
