About the Opportunity:
Our Commercial/Sales division is about moving beyond the basics of accurate orders and on-time deliveries towards a true partnership where we listen to our Pharmacy customers, understand their needs & challenges to deliver tailored services that make it easier for them to serve their patients.
As the Project Support Executive, you will be accountable for the management and development of the processes and procedures required to support the effective day-to-day management and continued evolution of our AAH 3rd Party customer propositions. You will be supporting the management of key projects in order to develop new propositions, which will include managing key internal and external stakeholders and support this process by presenting back validated insights to support project development.
This will be achieved by managing data effectively through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other data management systems, as well ensuring that reports and dashboards are accurately processed, analysed and insights are validated so that propositions can be maintained, and communications managed effectively to relevant stakeholders.
A key element of this role will be focussed on data integrity of the CRM system to support accurate customer targeting, reporting and billing. This will include developing, running and analysing relevant reports and Dashboards to support internal and external stakeholders; whilst carrying out Ad-hoc reporting to resolve queries relating to customer billing, numbers, spend levels and equipment for the Customer Development Team.
The ideal applicant will possess strong numerical and literacy skills with commercial experience in areas such as database management, process design and mapping.
To be considered for this role, it is important that you are have good working knowledge of; Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRM equivalent, coupled with experience of Power BI/Tableu or other dashboarding applications
This role is perfect for an experienced project executive who is confident in their ability to influence and communicate across multidisciplinary teams, with a strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and problem-solving capability.
