Our Commercial/Sales division is about moving beyond the basics of accurate orders and on-time deliveries towards a true partnership where we listen to our Pharmacy customers, understand their needs & challenges to deliver tailored services that make it easier for them to serve their patients.
As a Trident Sales Advisor you will be responsible for providing effective sales and first-class customer support to all new and existing independent pharmacies / customers. You will be accountable for delivering volume and GP targets across a customer base through outbound calls, whilst negotiating across a range of products and prices for a targeted profitable outcome for the business. Working closely with Sales Team leaders and pier groups to share best practice, you will be responsible for developing excellent long-term customer relationships and driving sales growth.
This unique opportunity is perfect for an ambitious customer service/telesales professional looking to establish their career with one of the UK’s largest Pharmacy and Healthcare providers. With full onsite training available, you will be expected to build positive customer relationships with Independent Pharmacies, which will create new opportunities to secure additional business for Trident / AAH Pharmaceuticals.
The ideal applicant will have a clear desire to build a successful career within a business development and sales environment. It is important that you are comfortable working to sales targets with a real passion for developing business and building customer relationships.
