Regional Support Coach – Retail

Permanent – 40 hours per week
As a Regional Support Coach for LloydsPharmacy, you’ll do so much more than simply manage. You’ll lead, coach and develop your pharmacy colleagues. You’ll provide patients with the best possible service and inspire team members to do the same. You’ll make vital decisions. You’ll make everything run smoothly. About the opportunity
Our Regional Support Coaches work closely with Regional Managers to ensure full implementation and execution of our company and regional objectives and initiatives, through supporting and engaging Pharmacy colleagues in order to build skills and capabilities.
You will be accountable for focussing pharmacy teams on achieving their shrinkage targets and supporting colleagues to ensure patient and business confidentiality is maintained as required by Data Protection Act.
As a Regional Support Coach, you will be expected to engage with cluster managers, pharmacy managers and pharmacy teams to implement change, provide coaching, support and direction as appropriate; whilst driving operational excellence throughout the region to minimise ownings, reduce waiting times and exceed customer’s expectations.
You will ensure compliance with ethical, professional and legal pharmacy standards to ensure that every customer receives a safe, accurate and efficient dispensing service and Pharmacy retail standards are delivered to company expectations.
Using expert advice to offer solutions and share best practice, our Regional Support Coaches are on hand to support colleagues in understanding their pharmacy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping them achieve their performance targets/change & goals.
