About the opportunity
Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a self-motivated administrator to join our Professional Services team. You will be supporting a team of office based Clinical Pharmacists who manage patient safety across our whole network of UK pharmacies.
Your role as the administrator will be varied and include but not limited to:
- Responding to telephone queries in a professional and polite manner
- Manage the team inbox and handle email queries
- Produce and manage reports
- Take notes at meetings
- Provide admin support for any requirements as and when require
Our patient safety is of upmost important and you will be a highly important part of the team. We are therefore looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can work proactively supporting the team at all times.
You will have good IT skills including word and excel and be comfortable and confident when talking on the phone.
It would extremely useful if you have experience working in a pharmacy but this isn’t essential as training on this will be provided.
